How do I serve my NIO Cocktail?
Serving is simple: just pinch and tear the colored corner of the sleeve and pour the contents into a glass over ice. No shaking or stirring required.
Do the cocktails need to be refrigerated?
Our cocktails are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration until opened. However, we recommend serving them chilled over plenty of ice for the best tasting experience.
What is the shelf life of the cocktails?
NIO Cocktails have a long shelf life of over 12 months. Each individual sleeve is marked with an expiration date so you can enjoy them at your leisure.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, sustainability is important to us. The outer cardboard sleeve is 100% recyclable, and the inner liquid pouch is made from a bio-based plastic that is also recyclable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box of cocktails leaves our facility.
Can I build my own custom box?
Absolutely. You can choose from our 'Build Your Box' collections in sets of 3, 6, or 9 to mix and match your favorite classic and signature drinks.
